Rate card 2026

January - March: €1.485,00 p/wk

April – May: €1.900,00 p/wk

June – July: €2.450,00 p/wk

August: €2.555,00* p/wk

September – October: €1.900,00

November – December: €1.485,00**

NB: the pool is only open from May to the end of October.

*In high season, Saturday is the fixed changeover day, and 7 days is the minimum booking period.

**Christmas – New Year's Eve: € 1,900.00

* Please note: the period from June to August is very important to us. That is why we work with minimum rental periods of 7 nights with Saturday as the fixed changeover day.

    • Wifi, electricity, supply of water (fair use)

    • Use of bed linen, towels

    • Use of the washing machine

    • 2 days of firewood in the winter months

    • The exclusive use of the main house, the pool and the 4000M2 terrain. (guest room is only available for groups of more than 5 guests)

    • Final cleaning is not included: we charge a cleaning fee of € 150 per stay.

    • Firewood is not included

    • Use of the guest room is not included for groups of less than 5 guests)

    • Use of the pool from November 1st to April 30th

    • From November 1st to April 30th the pool is closed (because it’s too cold to enjoy it)
